It would be nice if a purchase that qualified for free shipping, credited the free shipping charge to a higher priced shipping option. This purchase qualified but I chose the next highest service and paid full price, no credit at all for the "free" shipping!

I am disappointed in regards to the over quality of the TITlIEsT cart bag. I still have a Staff bag and there is a big difference in the quality, in retrospect, I should have bought the midsize staff bag again.
