My wedge was back ordered for a couple of days. I was a little upset about that because I really needed it for a weekend tournament. The updated delivery date was then sent to me and my wedge showed up 2 days ahead of the updated delivery date. Actually the shoes arrived quicker than anticipated and were exactly what I wanted.
My one issue was with the fact there seemed to be gap of communication between titleist and you guys when it came to being able to give insight into how far along the manufacturer was with the custom club making process. totally understand that you say to allow for 2-3 weeks. But when I called titleist and they said I need either an order number of some kind in order for them to look up the product. but when I called your support staff they said they did not have that info. no was there a way for them to know.
