Seamless ordering and had the hard to find item in stock which was awesome!
My disappointment stems from the offer of free 2nd UPS delivery. I had ordered a Ping Stand Bag - Hoofer 14 - that was on backorder until mid August. That was the bag I wanted. I preferred the green/white to the green Hoofer that I ordered. My bag is very nice, I rated it as a 10 in the survey. I couldn’t understand why the free UPS 2nd Day couldn’t apply to a back ordered item. I was willing to wait for the bag I wanted but it was the 2nd Day shipping that prompted me to order when I did. The only issue with the entire transaction was that one item that I ordered was on back order. No fault of TGW considering the pandemic. Customer service contacted me promptly after my inquiry and explain the situation in detail. Very satisfied with the transaction!
