Everything was perfect except the delivery service. I watched the driver get out of the car, walk into my lawn and toss the package on my front lawn. She couldn’t walk the extra 20 feet to place it at my door.

Just to clarify, my order was not on time due to covid-19. I do not feel that it was the fault of TGW I fully understand the circumstances and I am completely satisfied.

The tracking for my custom iron gave a tracking number and said it was UPS but it was not and I had to check multiple other shippers to find if it was even a valid tracking number
