The reason that I buy from TGW is that I can custom make any club that I need. This is a tremendous help to my game and I can buy exactly what i need. Your company is fantastic.
No complaints equal happy customers. Doesn’t apply to me because it all went well but keep in mind that fixed problems make customers loyal perhaps more so than purchases without issues. Keep that in mind tgw and good work. Thanks
The shoes were to small ( I needed wide ) I talked to Brian who was very helpful. Didn't have a wide pair in the shoe I ordered. He sent me a return label. Told me if I found another pair in a different brand to go ahead and order and shipping would be free. I ordered a different pair(#K3523865) but it looks I am paying for shipping. (NO big deal) Brian is a keeper.
