I was disappointed that a discount was offered on the website but the shopping cart kept removing it. I contacted customer service and they said as the item was shipping from the manufacturer the discount wasn't available. I thought that should have been mentioned in the original offer, so I didn't purchase at that time. I received another email offering a different discount and that was available so I ended up purchasing.

I received my order in a very timely manner. I like ordering from TGW online.
Baseball pants and these socks shipped out at the same time but took very different delivery patterns. Once this package reached oregon, it was then sent up to Washington and then back to Oregon. It basically took 3 days to travel around the state. So although they delivered when they said they would, it did take 3 days longer than the pants and the tracking info just said expected in Hillsboro for 2 days. Shipping information was incorrect I could have went with the lesser of the options and would have still got the product by the time I needed it!
