I ordered shoes. They didn't fit. I made four phone calls before my calls were returned. I thought the product wasn't returnable because on the notice that the order had been placed was a note that said the product was not returnable or exchangeable. This was the only notice of this type anywhere on the website related to the order. The person I spoke with was very helpful and indicated that the message re returning was only there because the order hadn't been shipped.
