I ordered 2 push carts that were back ordered. Which is totally understandable considering the pandemic is affecting the demand for push carts. Your website gave clear information when it was going to ship, which was 3 weeks after I placed my order. I was pleasantly surprised when I received an email 3 days later stating that my order has shipped. And, a total of 5 days after I placed my order, it arrived at my door step.

For some reason I received a double charge that when I contacted customer service they said it would come off, it did but until the removal I did not have access to those funds which would keep me from making larger purchases in the future if that is generally what happens.
