There should be a no shipping or handling charges if you wish to compete with other on-line retailers. I only ordered because you had a promo code that offset the shipping costs and made you competitive. Without the promo code, I would have been able to find cheaper options for Sketchers elsewhere.
The selection sizes are not available. I ordered one size larger on shoes and will see if it works.
