i returned 3 items all three were extra large, but 2 of the three (oakley) ran too small and one of the three (forester) was too large i did not have to pay postage to receive the items, but i had to pay postage to return them, unlike most online sites

Jacket fit was slimmer than other brands and the jacket was lighter weight than I wanted. Not sure how TGW determined the retail price for my jacket, but it definitely did not appear to be a $100+ jacket.
It would be nice to have the free return policy like amazon. More opportunities to order and try on clothes.
