When ordering by email, you have no contact with staff as long as things go well. Therefore, there should be an option for that with questions regarding staff.
Under Armour golf shoes look very well made.I bought these shoes because I play mostly in the wee hours in the North and their is a lot of dew. I bought other shoes that had a 2 year warranty but never made it to the first year without my socks being saturated. Hopefully these shoes made from gortex will keep my feet dry.

The only issue i have is when you return/exchange an item due to size, your process refunds the money and then you have to find the items again and create a new order. It would be great if on the return page you simply picked a different size and the system did the rest, without a refund and repurchase....just a swap.
