The product was shipped directly from TaylorMade. I was told TaylorMake would ship the putter to TGW and TGW would ship to me. I think the TGW rep didn't know. In any event it didn't matter to me.
Size references for the Ping product I bought is way off. Ordered 2XL and it fit like a medium
