It would be nice if custom items had estimated ship dates and/or estimated delivery dates. It is difficult to know when to expect delivery for custom items because they are listed as processing until they have been shipped, which is 2 days out from delivery.

the shipping cost was rediculous. Didn’t need the huge box to ship it. it’s a crushable hot and could have been shipped priority. we live in Hawaii not Africa so shipping cost makes it not worth it.
