TGW has a well-designed website. It is easy to navigate and the search function is very accurate. The only thing I would modify is the logout issue. If you stay inactive on the site for any time, you must log back in to view what you're looking for. We shouldn't have to log in just to browse.

Service couldn’t give me an eta for an order and couldn’t explain why it said shipped but no tracking. They said it was still processing then it just arrived. The website shipping tracking data is not accurate. Other than that fine transaction.
Ordered two pair of golf shoes. The Sketchers fit well and feel very comfortable, but the New Balance were too big at the heel, so I am returning them. Very pleased with tgw selection and service.
