I ordered (3) Adidas shirts. TGW sent the blue colored that had a Logo on it for some reason. I spoke with customer support who supplied me with a return label. They sent me another one. But it had the exact logo as the first one I sent back. I spoke with customer service and received another return label. But they must had figured out that they did not have that color shirt to replace. I should be receiving a credit. Both shirts have been returned.
No but was surprised on how fast i received my two orders
I use TGW because I they earned my business years ago. They have never let me down. On rare occasions when I need to return something it is easily done.
