Yes ... what is extremely irritating is your emails that require items to be placed into check out before you can see the price. I realize that you can always remove it but I am not going to go through all that effort just to see a price. I will not recommend the golf warehouse to anyone until that feature is removed.
Exchange process is nice and easy
Great place to order so far... But clubs that require wrench or tool to change loft.... maybe make tool easy to purchase along with club, or what is the point in buying it. I was going to purchase a 3 wood that required tool for loft... changed mind after I found out I had to contact customer service to try and get the tool... Too much hassle so I purchased lesser price club.

I was very satisfied with the online ordering aspect, as I went back and forth several times w items before I chose one. Absolutely no problems with any aspect of check-out or billing. However, I was not able to track my packages, even though I tried daily. My items came on time and I was able to try them out the next day! The shoes fit well and seemed to be responsible for a better score! The new hat probably helped me stay cool, too...
