I do not love that you can only send back merchandise via fed ex

I ordered 2 dozen Callaway ERC golf balls. Order was here on time, everything went smoothly. I have used these golf balls before, really like them. TGW has always gotten my order right and delivery has always been on time.
bought a left handed 5 hybred single length cobra because you did not have the 4 hybred single length i wanted in stock do not hit the single length 5 hybred any longer than my 5 iron. i wanted a club between my 5 iron and my epic 7 wood. and this is not the one. i play to a 8 handicap from the whites 6300 yds. i would like to turn the 5 hybred in for a 4 hybred. the problem is i want a senior a flex shaft. but i would be willing to wait.

My only problem was i wanted to exchange an item for different size and was told I would have to order again and send other in for refund. I did order again - and ended up giving original shirt to a friend. It was have been nicer it I could have just sent back and got different size issued.
