I would shop this site more if there was free shipping .
My only complaint with TGW is shipping. I have purchased many thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from TGW over the years. Rarely, if ever, has any of the purchases arrived the day on which it should. That includes guaranteed shipping/arrival dates, and paying for next day arrivals. It’s also a waste of time trying to get reimbursed for the guaranteed arrivals. It’s just not worth the time and effort. Once received the merchandise has always been exactly as listed and advertised.
this survey was a pain because the every answer caused the screen to re-up to the top of the page and was very cumbersome to complete.
