I ordered two pair of golf shoes size 11 1/2 and they were a bit tight. I contacted tow and ordered the same shoes in size 12. The lady on the phone was polite and very helpful. Cudos to her. I am returning the 11 1/2 and the service was great.
I ordered the wrong model of my Spider X putter. I called customer service and we straightened the problem in 5 minutes. I had the right putter in two days. TGW did a great job and I would recommend them without reservation.
