Bad surroundings, okay food
Great food, excellent service. Would recommend for groups.
Excellent quality of food, but service was a lttle slow. (Probably understandable atthis time of year).
When we first arrived, we were a bit shocked as the place was absolutely packed with Christmas parties. We were taken to our table in the corner of the room which was perfect so my friend and I could hear each other talk. Bearing in mind they were sooooooo busy, the service was fantastic and the quality of the food did not suffer at all - really, really delicious. I had the Pad Thai and my friend had the Sweet & Sour chicken with sticky rice - both were a real success.
Good food, lovely inside. Waiters a little hard to catch eye of when you are tucked in the corner like we were. Would visit again. Thought 12.5% automatically-added service charge was unnecessary.

The service was shocking. I wouldn't have minded about the very very long wait for our cold mains so much if the waitress hadn't been so rude from the moment we arrived.
Quite an enjoyably lunch but it's not that cheap compared to other Thai Square places - they all set their own menu and prices!! The cheapest set menu lunch was £23 and only had basic choices so we opted for the a-la-carte. For 2 people, a main course each plus a salad dish, no starters and only drinking tap water, the bill was £40. A little expensive for a 1 course meal. Beware also of the prawn crackers. You get a large portion but they charge you £2.50! Most other places these are free!
