good food at thai sq but as usual service was slow!
Thai Square (Trafalgar Square) is excellent, there is a set pre theatre menu which is very good value with generous portions. On the day I went I had satay, thai fishcake, sesame prawn toast and dumplings followed by chicken and cashewnuts, green chicken curry, phad thai and jasmine rice then coconut ice cream all for GBP 14.95!
The waitress lacked imagination when asked to recomend something different she recomended thai green curry very passe but very tasty.
Thai Square in Trafalgar Square is very pleasant. spacious and well run with friendly and helpful staff. We had a very good meal. The restaurant was very busy , slightly noisy and, as we were at the back, was rather warm. However, we had a very good evening there and would return although I prefer to go there for lunch.
Surprisingly busy for a MOnday night. The set meal was expensive but the food was great.
Thai Square is Leicester Sq cannot be faulted for the quality of it's food, it is probably one of the best Thia restaurants in London. However, the service was shocking! One of the waiters was so rude and argumentative we had to bring it up to the manager. They have offered their sincere apologies but not sure we would gop back based on that.. what a shame!
As usual it was a buzzy lunch at Thai Square Trafalgar square. The lunch menue is such good value that it is the perfect time to try out one of the top Thai cuisines in London. Though the decor could do with an update this restaurant is always a pleasant lunch stop.
Thai Square - Trafalgar Square: the set menu was good value and it's a really nice place for a business lunch. However I was not too keen on the corn cake.
Thai Square is a beautiful venue and sets the mood for a lovely evening. Portions are really small but delicious, so not good value for money!
