The food, service and ambience were all upto a high standard. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to friends.
I visited Thai Square at Trafalgar square wth three friends to celebrate a birthday. The food was excellent as usual as was the service. However the resturant was very busy and the staff rushed off thier feet which mean that we waited 20 minutes to be seated, in their busy bar that only had to servers.
Thai Square Trafalgar Square. Good food in general. The spring roll, however, came undercooked. It was cooked from frozen and the centre was still icy. Waiter was apologetic and exchange it for some properly cooked ones.
I booked for a works meal and generally everyone had a good time. The restaurant decor was very good right from the large wooden doors at the entrance. Service was excellent (we booked on the set menu but they were happy to accomodate outside this). For food we went for sharing dishes which all tasted good, though our one complaint was the mains could have been hotter - though the did give us a 10% discount whe we noted this which made it excellent value! I'd go back!
Thai Square - trafalgar square never fails to deliver good food, nice atmosphere great for large groups
Lunch time special box for £8.50 with green curry and corn cake was not so great. It's much better to order off the menu - masaman duck and pad thai etc are all very passable. Top traditional dish that isn't on the menu but you can request is raw prawns with garlic and chilli.
Thai Square is simply fantastic. The atmosphere extremely welcoming, the staff courteous and attentive but not intrusive. Food is top notch. Would definitely recommend, A1 all through.
Thai Square is a real gem in the middle of Trafalgar Square - as soon as you walk through the giant wooden doors you are transported! Live Thai music really adds to the ambience and friendly service and excellent food make it a truly wonderful experience. Can't wait to go back!
Great atmosphere and service was excellent. Food was okay although some of the servings were a little small for some of the courses.
