We had lunch at the Thai Square, just off Trafalgar Square, before visiting the nearby National Gallery. Service was friendly and efficient and the food was excellent, even though we had the lunchtime set menu and therefore there was little choice. We would definitely eat here again.
We had a lovely dinner at Thai Square. The restaurant is warm and welcoming with soft lighting. The staff were friendly and courtous and the food was served promptly. The quality of the food was excellent and plentyful. We had the pre-theatre meal for £14.50 per head and we could not finish all our food. Very pleasant meal indeed. The only drawback was that they were slow to come and take our payment after having given us the bill, as the restaurant was getting quite full.
Thai Square trafalgar had lovely food, not too pricey for the location. Service was ok, we didn't get food menus for ages then when we asked we were given 3 (our party was 9)...after this though service was fine, regular drinks and no long wait for the bill. We got free entry for the club downstairs but if you want to sit down in there you need to a minimum spend of £300.
Very tasty food and good service. Very warm inside, especially important on a very cold January night.
Great service, great food and wonderful atmosphere! Will visit again soon!
I visited Thai Square, Trafalgar Square with a friend for dinner last night and had a pleasant evening. The food was very nice and staff were relatively attentive. Overall decor and ambience was good.

It is a very impressive restaurant and quite sizeable so it is a pity all the diners were placed at the front of the restaurant because the tables are very close together and there was plenty of room at the back or on the first floor. The 3 course pre-theatre menu was plentiful and tasty but the main course could have been more varied as there were two chicken dishes.
The Trafalgar Square outpost of the Thai Square family has so far been my favorite. Set in Norway House on the southwest corner of the square, its dramatic locale adds a bit of theater to entering the restaurant. The menu is a bit more sophisticated than your traditional Thai take-away (BTW Thai House does great take away) but not so much that it turns off first timers to Thai cuisine. The portions are good size and the appetizer platters are perfect for sharing. I have never had a bad meal here. If there is any issue it wou... read more
Friday night in Thai Square, Trafalgar Square. Good atmosphere, fairly busy. Limited choice on special offer menu but food was good and service excellent. Pre theatre offer, plus one small glass of wine and a beer came to £42 with service. Probably wouldn't go again but nice experience in central London.
