I came into the Denver location, because my Rolex needed to be repaired and Hyde Jewelers is Rolex certified, and conveniently located near my hotel. It was fairly busy, which was fine. Having come into the store with whom actually gifted the watch to me, many years ago- the agreement was to notify us of the cost of repair and have it mailed back to the state where I reside. It is certainly not how we ship watches to clients so this was a clear mistake on our part and I am so sorry about that. A week or two ago, I left an unfavorable review regarding repairs required on custom rings that I had purchased just two years ago. I wanted to update that Kathy, the Corporate Director of Stores, reached out to me directly and worked with me to resolve my issues.
