I am a hispanic woman with two children who have asthma not once did I see a roach in my apartment nor does maintance come in your apartment with out a 24 hr notice which is placed on your door knocker. I ve been at this complex now for 2 years and it s great, my daughters play in the new park just out side my building, we ve used the great picnic area, the pool is wonderful and it goes up to 9 feet, the neighbors are wonderful, in the summer all the neighbors get together and take turns making lunch for all the kids, the cleaning people are very friendly. I am a disabled woman who has moved here in December of 2011 the assistant manager was very nice and now she is the manager she still is. She was concerned when I had back surgery and she made it clear that if I needed anything to let her know. When she see s me outside she greets me and my dog Darren. The management dealt with me so nicely. It is the best place I know for short term lease or furnished apartments. There are some mosquitoes but maybe because buildings are surrounded by green trees. Their maintenance is good and they fully returned my deposit.

Nightmare If you want to be woken up in the middle of the night to ghetto drug dealers and disrespectful people then this is the place for you. If you want to deal with rude, incompetent management then again this is the place for you. This place is an absolute joke. Terrible Terrible place to live! "Management" is a joke! Hallways and common areas are always a mess! Any time there is a problem management takes their sweet time taking care of it, if they even get to it. Someone tried to walk into my apartment one day and when I called management to ask if they had a contractor in the building they had no idea who was working where. GHETTO The apartments alone are nice; everything else about this place sucks. Management is by far the worst I've ever encountered. They have the worst attitudes and every concern you have is brushed off. Cars are broken into, people are loud and disrespectful at all hours of the day/night. I would suggest moving somewhere that will address your concerns immediately. People make drug deals in the parking lot and start fights.

this place is ridiculous, they seem like nice people, dont let them get you! their maintenance crew likes to pop in when ever they feel like it, i had one of them come in my apartment when i was there, with out my permission, 4 months after our lease was up we got a bill in the mail for $500 because we bought new blinds and replaced them? why would someone change blinds? they are very rude and...
