I've been living here for the past 3 and a half years now, and I've had a great experience. The maintenance staff is exceptional and the main reason I've stayed so long. They're all so friendly and extremely helpful. Omar and Victor always have my back when I'm in a pinch. The leasing staff is just as great!
I lived here for 2 years and can’t say enough good things about it. The apartment itself is updated and very beautiful. The community is in an extremely safe area with private security patrolling on some days of the week and weekend. I had an appointment scheduled for Saturday, April 13th @ 10am. Drove from Houston with my 70 year old mother to take a tour of The Addison Apartments. We didn’t realize that the leasing office opens at 10am sharp so we arrived at 9:50am. The leasing agent arrived few minutes before 10am and unlocked the door while we were waiting outside but didn’t even bother to open the door for us.
