Richard was great to work with from the start of my search through the closing. He was very engaged in helping with the search and anticipated different houses and neighborhoods that I wound be interested in viewing. He kept in very close communication with me during the entire purchase as I was working out of state and had a very complicated schedule to be able to view the properties. Brandon was fantastic to work with as we got smarter on the market and we could tell he genuinely cared about our family and getting us into the perfect home. He was always responsive and pulled all the strings he could to get us to the finish line in a somewhat challenging market.
Brandon did an outstanding job helping us find the perfect place. We were out of town buyers and completely relied on Brandon's expertise, local knowledge and negotiation skills. Most importantly Brandon put zero pressure on us, to the extent that he was comfortable with us delaying our buying decision altogether if we didn't find something appropriate.
