I cannot say enough good things about working with Jonathan. He was always available to answer any questions and was so quick to respond and stay in touch that he made us feel as if were were always his top priority. Not only that, but he was able to get us multiple offers on our property in four days. My biggest concern was that our property was going to sit on the market for longer than we could afford and Jonathan ended up getting us a much higher price by having buyers bid against each other and in just four days. Morgan made buying our first home as stress free as possible. He did all the leg work and kept us updated with new information. He was very flexible with our busy work schedule, making it easy for us to view homes when we were able to. He was incredibly responsive to our calls texts and emails and honored all of our requests. When it comes to selling your property I strongly recommend Jonathan Gaspar. I chose to work with him when I decided to sell my home and purchase a new home and have nothing but positive feedback and very impressive experiences. He actually ended up selling my home for more than I was asking so I was able to put even more towards my new home. Christina is amazing! She was patient with us as we "shopped" and made decisions. She is knowlegable of the area we wanted and helped us make some tough decisions. We lived out of town and she was our lifeline to San Antonio real estate.
