Alexander Sabal is in a great location, Property is very well maintained. Mr. Jose Gracia is always on top of things and making sure that the property is well taking care off ..He is the reasoning of us staying here..

I love living at Sabal Alexander! It is a beautiful place. I feel as if I am on vacation, in a hotel. The staff is very pleasant, and whenever I needed service, it was always prompt and efficient. However, I was appalled when I received my water and sewage bill. Residents are charged a base rate of $32 for sewage and a base rate of $13.72 for water. My actual sewage bill was $19.07 and water was $9.32. Yet, I was charged $51.07 for sewage and $23.04 for water, in addition to an administrative fee of $4.49, bringing my bi... read more
