I’ve been a resident here for about 3 years and I still love it as much as I did the first time I came across it. It’s very Luxurious and kept! Management is so professional and genuinely, let me repeat genuinely kind and engaging. I appreciate that whenever the gates go down, they are fixed shortly after. The trash area stays clean and the neighborhood is safe and respectable. Packages never go missing, no matter how long they’ve been left outside, I just love that. Thank you to Jeremie for your help this week in checking my dishwasher and then helping me figure out a few things I did not know and then fixing something else that came up last minute. I also want to thank all the staff Laura, Ronda, Anthony, Jose & Marcos for always being quick to respond when there is an issue, planning events, attention to detail, fixing things, working hard to maintain the grounds, and making The Alexander at Sabal Point a great place to live! I appreciate all that you do.
The staff at The Alexander have been super friendly and helpful. Ronda was great, helping me move up my move in date due to a change in my schedule.
Renters Beware Beware Beware and please BEWARE! I am so disappointed in my stay here. I regret making the decision to stay here. And I say this for many reasons. 1st - The overall cleanliness of the buildings were awful.
