Sad I just got off the phone with their representative. She was not knowledgeable on the property and could not answer my questions properly. You should not work there if you cannot answer simple questions about the property. That's just the way you do things is not an acceptable answer for why you charge certain fees or why there is a price range. Not a lot of bang for you buck This apartment complex has great potential. Good Pool. Great floor plans, gated, and a gym. Although the equipment needs to be updated. But management keeps making really bad choices. There are giving new rules all the time and almost every month the entire complex is charged a late fee and I have to go into the office to get it corrected. FYI.
