Tony was attentive and although not always immediately available he would often follow up with me just a few minutes after I had called or emailed him. Someone who is available as Tony has been throughout the process (Michael as well) is very much appreciated. I felt he was completely honest and sincere with me from the beginning. That makes all the difference in helping me feel respected and appreciated as a client.
