Stay away! If the other reviews do not tell you that this is a necessity, how about this? I have been waiting on a refund for two months... I have visited for four weeks in a row and been told every time that I would be contacted within 24 hours. Nothing. I am sat hear now and no one cares. No apology. No action. A shrug of the shoulders because, ultimately, they do not care. I cannot imagine dealing with this incompetence on a daily basis.

WORST apartment to stay at, don't waste your money on a deposit you will never see back. this should not even get a 1-star review. when I moved into this place back in Oct 2017, the apartment had mold in the shower, rusty kitchen sink, bathroom sink was clogged, it was dusty like no one bother to clean it up before me. Stay AWAY! I urge all not to rent here. I lived here for 6 months and it was $2500 to break the lease. I am now having to dispute charges that we're taken from my security deposit . I've been ignored getting the run around. To all tenants please be present when move out inspection is scheduled. They advertise luxury but it is far from it.
Nicest people I’ve ever known to run an apartment complex. The people in the leasing office are so sweet and helpful. Maintenance workers are always in a wonderful mood.
there’s a lot i want to say but lemme just add this: i signed the lease with a roommate and we both agreed to the terms and so on for the apartment. however, without any communication from my roommate and the leasing office, i received a final notice via email that i and the roommate are to leave the apartment “in three weeks” (which was by Oct. 2nd 2023). i was frantic of course because i had no place to live. i had to sell a lot of my things and give away a lot of my belongings to condense down enough to live out a car wit... read more
