As always, our boys receive the greatest care from The Ark. We have been going here for years. We have tried other vets, and we always come back to The Ark. Our technician, Amandarae is something special. Our two Frenchies love her so much, and she loves them. While all of their staff are top notch, we always ask for Amandarae. She truly cares about the animals in her care. We can feel it, which really matters to someone who loves their dogs like we do. These folks were amazing and super helpful for my dog Roxie! She is a complicated dog having zero social skills and being reactive to strangers. The tech Lindsey was SO patient and accommodating with her needs- I was VERY impressed. They helped get a fox tail out of her ear which was infected, cleaned them out and even did her nails. Would def recommend!

I had an exceptionally good experience. Both Dr. Cordes and her Vet tech Sadie were generous with time , care and information. And the cost was reasonable, fair and clear. I'm so impressed. , and grateful. They answered my many queries and provided me with best OTC products , info re best food options and other useful information. Thank you!

I meant to post this review a while ago but found the business card! I want to thank The Ark, and specifically Dr. Cordes and Kerrie (vet tech) for taking my pup, Navi, at such short notice when she was having tummy issues and eye issues. My partner and I were so scared for her and they both helped ease the anxiety and fear we had. Had a pet emergency and couldn't take my kitty to her usual vet, so they said I should call here. I was so relieved that they were able to get me in an hour later! My kitty was sitting in an Animal Hospital with an 8 hour wait, so they completely saved us from all that harm and uncertainty. They got my cat all the meds and help she needed quickly and with compassion. Prices were completely fair and I really just want to say thank you!! All of you were kind and patient with me and my nervous kitty.

Every doctor here is amazing, and Dr. Mercer went above and beyond. They were verifying my info from WilVet that my dog has a large mass around his spleen and that end-of-life care might be a kinder option. The techs are very professional and always seem like they're happy to be there. Dr. Mercer gave a complimentary ultrasound and took the time to show and explain the exact problem. Good service, they treat you and your animal well but they are more expensive than almost anywhere else

This was my kitty's second visit to The Ark. I accidentally came in on the wrong day, but Dr. Mercer was able to see my little guy who was peeing blood. I really appreciate everyone at this clinic and will continue to bring my pets here in the future.

From the minute we drove up, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the office, friendliness of the staff from receptionists to vet techs to our new vet, Dr. Mercer. My son's lab puppy is his first dog, only 8 weeks old, so he had many questions.
