Location, Location, Location I picked this apartment complex because it was located downtown. I have one of the bigger one bedroom apartments - it would be small for a suburban apartment, but pretty spacious for the downtown area. There's lots of storage room with 3 closets. The hardwood floors are beautiful with carpet in the bedroom. Very Friendly The staff here is very friendly and keep the place clean and inviting.
Stellar Complex This apartment complex is great. The staff, particularly Jen, is very helpful and will deliver packages to your apartment if you're unable to make it into the office. The pool table and lounge are great places to hang out while you grill. The garage is pretty safe- i would recommend paying for an assigned spot though because the general parking gets filled quickly and makes it difficult to find a spot within the secure garage after 7:00. A Year With the Arts I have lived here a full year now. The Arts, is a moderately nice place to live. The staff is decently helpful at times. Though they tend to say one thing and do another. I felt like I was getting nickel and dimed for costs on things, and not all of their costs are clearly explained to you when you sign your lease. The apartments are nice, fairly generic, and standard in terms of what is available in the area though. It is pretty quiet place to live in aside from the occasional dog barking.
