RecommendedA really nice place to live. Its near shopping and restaurants which is very convenient. Has easy access to Tates Creek rd and Nicholasville rd. The apartments are spacious for comfortable living. . The staff is very nice and friendly.

RecommendedI have lived there 5 years now (2025) and have ZERO complaints. There's no noise. Everyone that works there is super friendly and kind. They will do whatever they can to help when you need it. They have fun events from time to time. I can't say enough good things about the Avenue apartments. I love it there and will be renewing my lease again. I'm thankful that when things in my life changed and I had to make a move that I was able to get an apartment here. M Sims

Recommendedi love living at the avenue the office staff down to the grounds keepers they are so nice and wonderful we never have a problem here its people here are friendly and the office staff rocks if you like good living get to the Avenue
RecommendedI’ve lived here since 2021! This has been the best renting experience ever! If there is an issue on the weekends, maintenance shows up! The office staff are supportive and easy to communicate with no matter the issue. The staff go out of their way to assist with any issue.
RecommendedI moved into The Avenue apartments in September and have never had an issue with anything. They really care for their tenants and they treat us like family. I have had nothing but kindness and honesty the whole time I have lived there. I have lived in apartments for a while now but this one is by far the kindest, most caring, and caring place I’ve lived. The staff is always kind and courteous and ready to help out. 10/10 place to be
