Like many people, my wife and I are relocating to AZ. Sam and Trisha made the process easy. We had to do many things remotely, yet we felt like we were in the same room. Sam was clear on the steps of the process and the documentation and records needed for the mortgage. Having bought and sold over 10 properties over the years, I must say that working with Sam and Trisha made this transaction one of the easiest I can remember.

We highly recommend Sam Azares at VIP Mortgage. We worked with Sam on our mortgage REFI, and he was extremely responsive throughout the process and made it easy for us. He also processed the REFI extremely quickly. He is a perfect example of good customer service! We have done other REFIs, and this was by far the best.
A really great experience with Trisha. She was so supportive and educated us on the mortgage process. Really glad we chose her for our mortgage broker!
