High professionalism and communication with everyone involved. Also, really liked how you helped buyer and answered their questions readily. You funded/closed their contract in an amazingly short time frame!
We had a pleasant experience with Sam and his team. The whole process was simple and efficient. Whenever we had questions Sam was always available by phone, text or email. We appreciate all of the options we were given and how he made such effort to find us the best product for our goals. We would def work with the Azares team again.

Sam & Trisch were very accessible. They answered all of our questions in a timely manner. I do have 2 suggestions moving forward: 1. Offer an option to meet in person and go over all of the Lending Choices, Paperwork etc. Our deadlines were very tight and therefore the process became very stressful for my Wife and I; frustrating actually. 2.
