Sam Azares and his team gave us some great financing options and made us aware of programs we were eligible for. He answered all our questions about the lending process and mortgage options. They were always friendly and helped us stay on top of the application process. I'd recommend Sam to friends and family because he really knows the mortgage landscape and is a pleasure to work with.
Staff always available to answer questions, make suggestions, etc. Guidance was always helpful and met expectations.
