Great staff and customer service! you can tell that they legitimately care and love what they do!
I boarded my cat here before we got married and we boarded our mini doxy Teddy here in October for our anniversary. I've never been disappointed. It's comforting to know they're not just locked up in a cage. This week both our mini dachshunds will be staying together. Hoping for another wonderful experience. There's nothing more nerve wracking than leaving your pets and I feel at ease knowing they are safe at the Barkley.

We LOVE The Barkley! Everything about this top-notch pet hotel is excellent! We wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of our 'babies' while we're away! Murphy is very shy, but after staying at The Barkley in the Serenity Suite, we're not sure he is that anxious to come home, his care was that good!!
I love walking into the Barkley Pet Hotel and Day Spa; it is the cleanest smelling boarding facility I have ever encountered! I have complete peace of mind knowing my dog, Lucy, is going to be in a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment. It is a beautiful oasis for pets and I have appreciated receiving a text of Lucy having fun while I am on vacation! Mindy H.
We had an emergency in another state and weren't able to take our dogs with us. We had to leave in 24 hours and the Barkley came to our rescue. Our dogs are both little and older and had not been left alone overnight in years so we were concerned that they would have a hard time. They were able to stay together which helped. The best for pets. We not only bring our dog, Lola,but my son's dog, Daisy visits from New York City and loves to go to camp and have Spa baths together! Nothing like the Barkley Pet Hotel and Day Spa in New York. How special Cleveland is to have such a great place for our pets!
