Julie did an excellent job on my shih tzu especially the trim around her face is perfect! The shampoo and products smelled so good on my baby. I then had a tour of the place from the front desk person . I can't remember their name but they did a great job . The suites were great and I will board there in the future !
My dog enjoys Barkley Pet Day Camp. When gets home he settles down after a day at Barkley. He knows the people and they know him. He has been more calm at home since going to Barkley. I can also schedule his grooming appointments with them, I really like that feature.
After a series of concerning events, I am so grateful that Jessica reached out to check in with me. She showed genuine care and concern, and that lets me know that she truly does value her clients both (pup and people) as well as maintaining a staff that is kind, considerate respectful and willing to be on target with the information that they take in from vets and with scheduling. We took our dog for her evaluation visit at The Barkley. We were very impressed. The spa is very clean and the staff very attentive. We will be back as soon as we have a need for daycare and boarding!
Our family LOVES the Barkley. Our lil pup, Sadie, is so excited whenever we drop her off for camp and has an absolute blast playing with her doggo friends. She comes home happy and exhausted. It's comforting to know she's in a safe and loving environment. The grooming at the Barkley is also incredible! We've been thrilled with the availability, price and outcome each time.
