The Barkley is very clean and the staff are wonderful. I never worry about my fur-baby when he is at the Barkley. They take care of him and always welcome us with a ,"Hello, Einstein!" Update: I just want to thank you for your loving care of Einstein. You were concerned and called me about Einstein deterioration while at your hotel. You took him to his vet (in Bay Village) and did not charge me. Dr. Polhmann suggested more potty breaks and again you did this with no charge. Thank you for the wonderful care of my f... read more
Our mini schnauzer, Sake seems happy when we drop him off for visits to The Barkley. The team is always pleasant and helpful, making dropping off our little baby a little easier - we know he's in good hands.
We love it there. I give it a 10. The staff is fantastic. We have used the Barkley for day care and for overnight. Our dog loves it there. It is run very well and I think they do everything right. We loved everything about it. The staff goes above and beyond and the accommodations are terrific

The Barkley is excellent!!!!! We were nervous leaving our 14 week old dog for the weekend but the puppy program was great!!! He got a great report card so we know he liked it and he's gone back twice for grooming and gotten better! Thank you. I wouldn't think of anywhere else to help care for our dog:):)
