We had our wedding here, ceremony and reception, and it was an amazing experience. Ivan was awesome, so cooperative involved and readily available for any questions we had or any help we needed. Beautiful venue! The bridal suite and groom suite are both breathtaking.

They were perfect for our wedding, were constantly working within the venue to make our needs not only work but perfect, and the area is being transformed into something beautiful. The owner really takes pride in his work and location and wants all guests to feel welcome and dazzled. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an outside scenic view, with beautiful features like waterfalls and a small barn area.

All I can say is if your looking for a wedding venue, LOOK NO FURTHER! This beautiful and breath taking venue exceeded my expectations of a perfect place to make memories for a lifetime. My wedding was recently (September 2020) and we had the best experience. Anywhere from having the barn to yourself for your bridal party to the enchanted views and spots for picture perfect photos! If your looking for the perfect rustic venue with space and an amazing host, THIS IS IT. Ivan is the owner of this oh so beautiful venue. My husband and i initially booked this venue while the venue was being renovated. AND I DO NOT HAVE WORDS TO EXPRESS HOW GORGEOUS EVERYTHING WAS. From day one Ivan was always there to answer every question we had. He was ALWAYS available for frequent visits to the venue. Anything we needed, he was right there. We had our wedding of 250 guests at Ivan’s venue and it was better than we expected! Every one loves the place. It was gorgeous and our wedding looked incredible because of the venue. Ivan was an amazing host! He was incredibly helpful and made the wedding stress free. I can’t thank him enough!!!! We are beyond happy with how everything came out! We will be doing our future events at the barn 305 as it was such an amazing experience throughout. All of my guests were blown away!!!

Unfortunately, our experience with this venue was a complete disaster. Despite our expectations, things didn't go as planned. The service from the wedding planners and coordinators was unprofessional and unresponsive. The coordinators seemed disorganized, and their communication was all over the place. The DJ played music that we never agreed on, which was a significant deviation from our plans. The photography services were also inconsistent and didn't capture our special day as we had envisioned. We were supposed to have our wedding here Fall 2025. We got texted a couple weeks ago a very vague but scary text that we would be receiving an email in regard to our wedding date. Then a sorry text right as the email came in that our wedding was double booked within minutes of another couple and because their payment was received a few minutes earlier they could keep the date but we would have to switch our date. This venue is beautiful but I had a horrible experience having my wedding there. I truly regret it. I met with the owner in 2021, and at the time, pricing was different, and when we visited, he sold us this vision of how everything was included. I had to contact Jessica multiple times to schedule our engagement photoshoot. The month leading to our wedding was full of headaches.
