Where should I start? The company was a day late starting (Granted they had scheduled on January 1st, a National Holiday). And instead of taking 2 days, it took 5 days and they never completed the project. Additionally, the new walk-in shower LEAKS under the doors. The glass doors are hanging a half inch above the tracks and water splashes under them and onto the flooring. The installer promised to come back Thursday January 8th or Sunday January 11th to finish, but no. Never called or showed. The company promised to call us... read more

The installer, Antonio was great and he did a really good job. But now after just a few months the show door is missing a part and not closing right. We have been trying many times to call for customer service but no one returns our calls, texts. We need someone to fix this problem.

Sold as a complete bath remodel to be completed in 2-3 days. Our responsibility was to paint walls upon completion. Demo started on 8-11 and today (Sept 1) I only have a temporary shower and toilet in the bathroom. No sink, open walls, no flooring, extension cord light. This is our only bathroom on first floor.

Installation got cancelled day of at 9am. Was told it would take 2 days instead of one. That would have been fine if I was made aware of that beforehand. Sales team ordered wrong tub which is delaying another week minimum. I haven’t even been reached out to by anyone to reschedule the last bathroom. Installation team was great however.
