She explained everything very well. During the procedure she let me know everything that she was going to do before doing it. We talked about the snow and what everyone did and how each other enjoyed or disliked. Before she started the procedure she put some music on her phone.
Dr. Murphy is extremely competent, very thorough, takes the time to listen to your concerns, and has an incredible bedside manner. She never makes you feel like you are asking too many questions and shows empathy towards her patients. Top notch doc!!
I visited her for the first time yesterday. I loved her. She was very nice and explained everything I had questions for. She took care of the problem I came in for. Will definitely keep using her.

Appointment was cancelled due to inclement weather resulting in office closure but the office reached out offering to transition to telehealth visit so there was no delay in care. Dr. Larriviere and his staff always go above and beyond to take care of patients!
Dr. Charles was my pediatrician until the age of 11 when he sent me to a different doctor due to a surgery I needed. Dr. Murphy took time to discuss my issues and explain options. Her manner is delightful, yet thoroughly professional and knowledgeable. In addition, her staff is excellent! They strive to be as on-time as possible, which is very respectful to me.
