Everyone was so professional and caring
he spent as much time as we needed, explaining medical procedures, and potential outcomes. He was very professional and personable in his conversation.
My experience with Dr. Balart for my 2nd colonoscopy was excellent. My visit in the office was easily scheduled and I saw the doctor timely. Dr. Balart spent time listening to my issues and comments. The visit was never rushed. At the procedure, Dr. Balart was friendly and relaxed, never appearing to be in a rush. He explain the process and asked if I had any questions. His follow up phone call was informative and upbeat. A true 5 star experience.
This was my first visit since moving to BR. We discussed my medical history, medication, and medical needs right now. He was thorough and a good listener, especially since I was all over the place mentally (not much sleep night before).
It was 18 degrees this morning and Dr Balart was there at 6:30 am to do our procedure! He is caring and dedicated to his profession!! Explains all the details and how he will follow up with a personal phone call! My husband and I are blessed to have great continuity of care from this top skilled doctor!
