Beside being very competent, Dr. Cook is very good with patient communication and attention to the patient's needs.
Three things stick out in my mind, He is a very caring Doctor. When you do blood work with him, he will call you with the results, not his staff. His staff also is caring and professional.
Dr Pitre is very thorough and attentive. He listened to all of my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed to get through appointment time.
Dr Murphy and her staff are an efficient and caring team. She does an excellent job communicating the what and why’s and answers any pertinent questions. If surgery is needed she gives the reason and explains the procedure. I highly recommend this team for your dermatology needs.
Dr Pollet is. Very caring and so knowledgeable. He made me understand my issues and gave very viable recommendations. He definitely knows his business and really made me feel better. He treated me like I wish every Dr would and gave me ample opportunity to ask questions.
Dr. Cooley is always patient and listens to my concerns. He is extremely knowable and understanding. Freddie is also great and very helpful.
She listen to your concerns. I love how when she is doing a procedure she tells you step by step what she is doing. She is just the best! I am thankful that I found her to be my dermatologist!!
