The Beacon is absolutely amazing. I love it here and I’ve already renewed my lease for next year. They offer so much to us and are the friendliest faces!!! Highly recommend living here for the best college experiences !

I moved into The Beacon for my senior year of college and I loved it so much! The office staff is so nice. Shout out to Sarah, Alison, and Amber for being so awesome and helpful! They have several events every month and from what I can remember, they were always super fun and well thought out. I literally never had any maintenance issues with my apartment and when I moved in the apartment was spotless. I actually read my lease when I signed it, so I never had an issue with getting my rent in on time and I never had a problem... read more

It’s really good to stay here. It’s a very happening place. The best thing it’s close to the university and it has a really cool study room which is very peaceful.
