We had a very pleasant experience working with Ben and his team on our home loan. Starting with the initial estimate closing costs were transparent and we knew what to expect. When we were uncertain about waiting longer to get interest rates locked during volatile market conditions, Ben gave us honest advice clarifying risks vs benefits. His advice worked out for us and we locked in at a good rate (interest rates increased the week after we locked the rate). Had an excellent experience overall.
