We have purchased at least 10 homes in the past. NEVER have we had a mortgage company communicate with us at least weekly (sometimes more!) to keep us posted on how the process is going. Many times there has been a last minute scramble, asking us for more documents or information. Since Ben Chenault’s team was so organized, intelligent, diligent and on top of things, there was never a scramble. Never a worry.
